Complete and Partial Turn-key Assembly
For customers who wish to bypass all materials handling and purchasing, we provide complete materials procurement. Materials sourcing includes all required components, printed circuit boards & related testing/tooling, sheet metal, chassis materials, plastics, and any additional specialized tooling. We utilize an ERP/MRP materials management system combined with a global supply-chain capable of fulfilling today's toughest materials requirements. Our experienced Materials team work closely with our suppliers to maintain a reliable material pipeline, and to maintain competitive pricing.

Functional Test & Product Calibration
We offer complete functional testing, product burn-in, adjustment, & calibration.

Consignment Assembly
For customers interested in maintaining complete inventory control, we provide assembly of the PCBAs with your kitted materials and documentation. Our consignment assembly services include: materials receiving & verification, shop floor kitting, and manufacturing. We can also maintain periodic on-hand inventory counts, and can accommodate materials drop-ship programs.
