a variety of on-site printed circuit board testing services. Our experienced test
personnel can accommodate any board testing requirement, from in-circuit testing
(ICT) to complete Functional Testing to NIST traceable adjustment and
calibration.
IN-CIRCUIT
TESTING (ICT)
In-circuit
testing (ICT) features the GenRad 2272. On board device programming
(CPLDs, EPLDs, FLASH MEMORY, E2ROMs) can be included in the ICT
sequence to provide an array of verification and programming functions.
FUNCTIONAL
TESTING
Functional
testing is also available for assemblies that require I/O verification, visual
functionality tests, secondary programming sequences, etc.. Functional
Testing can be performed using consigned test fixtures and procedures. If
a test fixture/method requires development, we work directly with you to design
a test solution to fit any requirement.

Refurbishment / Repair department can troubleshoot PC board failures down to the
component level, and make the necessary repairs to get them working again.
Refurbishment can include complete board cleaning, labeling, inspection,
programming, test, and repair.
